To qualify for the Free Livestock Program Phase 2, applicants must meet these requirements:
- Widow or legally divorced woman
- Age under 55 years
- Valid Punjab domicile and residence in one of the 12 targeted districts
- Poverty score (PMT) below 32 as verified by PSER
- No current ownership of livestock or previous awardees who sold animals

How to Apply for the Free Cm livestak card Program Phase 2
Online Registration:
- Visit livestock.punjab.gov.pk or download the “Asset Transfer to Rural Women” app from the Google Play Store.
- Create an account using your CNIC and registered mobile number.
- Fill out the application form including personal, marital, and poverty details.
