CM Punjab Dhee Rani Program Second Phase of Registration Start
The second phase of the Dhee Rani program was recently launched by the government of Punjab, in which Maryam Nawaz is chief minister. This project is aimed at providing poor families with money and giving their daughters a chance to marry so that they can enjoy a better standard of living. In addition, 1,500 young men and women who could not take part in the Programme during its first phase will see their weddings arranged on a mass four occasions.
One billion rupee has been earmarked by the Punjab government for the Dew Rani Program. In the first phase, 1,500 weddings were completed. Now under chief minister Maryam Nawaz, for phase two also 1500 of these types of ceremonies will be held! People who were not able to take part in the first phase can register as soon as possible. Program Overview Of the Dhee Rani program
In the second phase we pay tribute to the first one, setting up mass wedding ceremony places throughout all districts of our province. To this end, applications are now being accepted from families in need, only after thorough investigation will those couples selected have their weddings conducted at public expense.
Benefits of the Punjab Dhee Rani program
Under the Punjab Dhee Rani program, couples who are eligible for this type of assistance will receive the following benefits.
- Cash Grant: A check for Rs. 100,000 is instantly transferred via an ATM machine so that all wedding expenses can be covered.
- Household Essentials: A gift pack valued at RMB 200,000 which includes home furnishings, clothes, kitchen appliances and all other daily necessities you need will also be given to the newlyweds.
- Wedding Feast Sponsorship: The Government will provide a dinner or other meal for the bride, the bridegroom and their relatives present at marriages.

Eligible Applicants
- The bride must be a permanent resident of Punjab province.
- The family must fall into the category of low-income groups and have valid certificates.
- Please submit a copy of the bride’s and groom’s Identity Cards, both electricity bills displaying the name for this address, plus a copy of the wedding invitation letter or birth certificate.
